Sport at St Andrew's is positively thriving, with numerous boys and girls teams.  The School enjoys County success in cricket, football and rugby, and National success in athletics, hockey, orienteering and swimming. With outstanding facilities and a new multi-use Sports Hall, every pupil has the opportunity to represent our School in a team.

The St Andrew’s Music Department is supported by a vast array of visiting teachers. From bagpipes to bassoon, there is something for everyone: individual music and singing lessons, choirs, ensembles, big bands and orchestras. There are plenty of musical opportunities for your child at St Andrew’s.

Performing arts and drama are at the heart of school life, and key in developing confidence and creativity in our pupils. There are opportunities to get involved in Public Speaking, Poetry Recitals, Debates, LAMDA, Drama and School Productions. We nurture your child’s talents to help them develop and grow.

Work hard and play hard.  We think children should be children, so at break times, our pupils are often seen whizzing down zip wires, building dens in the woods and having fun on the South Lawn. We are also very proud of our Forest School and Outdoor Learning.  St Andrew's pupils are encouraged to spend as much time in the great outdoors as possible - whatever the weather.
