Teacher of Maths (Years 5 to 8)
Full Time Maths Teacher to start from 1st September 2017 or 1st January 2018
St Andrew’s is looking to appoint an outstanding Maths specialist, who is committed to working within a team and who can contribute enthusiastically to the busy extra-curricular life of the School. The post involves teaching Years 5 to 8, preparing children for Common Entrance, 13+ scholarship and other senior school entrance exams. It would also be advantageous if the post holder were able to offer extra-curricular activities and/or the ability to coach games.
St Andrew’s is a flourishing, forward thinking co-educational IAPS prep school preparing its 280 pupils for a range of senior schools, both locally and nationally. A number of children win scholarships to their senior schools. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working, enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is passionate about inspiring children to enjoy learning maths.
